Thermal springs Besenova
They are located just about 6 kilometres from the boarding house. There are 6 swimming pools opened all year round. The water has positive effect on bodily functions and respiratory system, urinary problems and has satisfactory cosmetic effects. We can recommend you swimming in open swimming pool during the winter when the average temperature of the locality is less than 0 oC.
 
SKIPARK Ruzomberok
Ski resort lies about 5 kilometres from the boarding house above the town Ruzomberok in mountains Big Fatras. Its altitude is from 545 till 1209 metres. It is about 2 kilometres to the centre of the town. Hrabovo is opening gate with its cableway, which leads to Malino Brdo.
 
AQUAPARK TATRALANDIA
It is situated approximately 21 kilometres from the boarding house. It is the biggest aqua park in Slovakia. Because of thermal water, it is opened all year round. Aqua park consists of 6 swimming pools and 6 roller coasters.
 
VLKOLINEC
The village belongs to UNESCO and it lies 10 kilometres from the boarding house. The village is the most well preserved reserve of folk architecture in Slovakia. It used to be the village of loggers or coalmen. The dominant feature is wooden belfry and agrarian house.
 
Liptovska Mara
It lies 16 kilometres from the boarding house.It is one of the biggest artificial lakes in Slovakaia. There is possibility of swimming, yachting, fishing, surfing. Do not miss the voyage on the boat called MARTIMEX - OMEGA which lasts 1 hour.
 
Celtic village HAVRANOK Liptovska Mara
Archeological village from the newer Iron Age (300-100 b.c). The constructions of dwellings, obelisks, kiln, laten wall, medieval moat, tower and other partly reconstructed objects make archeological museum in nature. From 1967 it is regarded to be the national monument.
